What I know about this image is that
-Google and Yandex image search and iqdb.org don't lead anywhere
-There is a pinterest pin of it from February 2022, which predates the random hiphop song from December 2022 that uses it, so that song or album is most likely not the source of the image
-The image is signed with "DLBL". I found two artists with the same nickname, @dlbl_ on Twitter draws in a completely different anime style, @dlbl_01 on instagram is a Japanese art student who's pretty talented, but this image doesn't appear on her instagram even though it goes all the way back to 2020, she doesn't sign her paintings with "DLBL" and it's hard to say whether or not this is the same style, I don't know whether she has more social media accounts
