In the 2001 Hellsing anime, episode 7, right at about 12:30 up to 14:30, there's a song that plays when Anderson appears on the train. I tried combing through the released OST for the series but couldn't find which song it is. Was this just never released? I might have skipped over a track but I just can't find that song
