My printer is doing image related (arbitrary lines where it fails to properly ink the paper, looks almost smudged)

Yes - it ruins text documents in the same way each time
No - it doesn't affect picture documents

I'd also like to know if there is a website for printer problems (I'm tired of google giving me websites that just say "Have you tried turning it on?", "Have you tried putting paper into the printer?", or that every printer problem comes down to "Lines are printed wrong!" so every search result points to the same incorrect problem & solution)
