Just around April or May there was this animated electronic type song, and while the song was playing there an animated gif of 3 Slav/Russian 80s or 90s gangsters

The gif showed all of them in a compact eastern European car driving around in circles, they were wearing balaclavas and red, white, blue tracksuits, and they were all holding pistols.

There was two of them in the front of the car, driver and passenger, and the third guy was big and was standing in the back, poking out of the car's sun roof.

It was recommended to me one day when I first saw and kept listening to it for a while and only now realized that it disappeared, it's stopped being recommended to me, not in my youtube recommended mix playlists, I checked my history and it's not there, and I cannot for the life of me remember the title of the video, I fear that it might have been deleted.

As for the song itself, there weren't any lyrics, just electronic beats/sounds, but in the beginning there was a sample from a news report that said something like,

If anyone knows what I'm talking about please help me out.
Also one of the comments in the video was like "me and boys with guns and wearing ski masks and driving around the city for some reason"
