You use 4chan-x.

The windows command certutils gives you a different hash, so don't use that.

I saw 4chanX has that. I wanted to avoid having that dropdown menu which I usually keep disabled. So I was looking for a new way to get the MD5... I thought that if 4chanX can get it, a normal human could too.. Isnt there a way?

if you have the image/webm saved, you can drag and drop it onto the image hash entry on the archive search form and the site will do it for you

go to 4chan x settings under the "sauce" category
there's a section called "View Same" in archives

Not OP but this thread got me wondering, what's the image hash FoolFuuka archives use? It's supposedly the MD5 hash but it clearly isn't in hexadecimal, so how is it representing the MD5 hash?
