I was logging in and out like every 5 seconds (as I am anticipatingly waiting for my monthly check to deposit/process, as it kicks in typically early morning on the 3rd each month) - and it suddenly was locked ala pic related.

The two catches here are:

1.) my phone number/SIM doesn't work anymore, due to it being a gibz service that got disabled a month ago; as a result of the govt defunding/cutting out the ACP service for everyone, and I held off in that meantime on getting a new plan (being a poorfag and saving on last month + extra time to decide on where to go from there with phoneshit) - so I cannot call the listed number.

-and-

2.) There is -no- chase bank location/office in the town I currently live in. The nearest is a city away, and 1.) I do not drive/own a car & 2.) I do -not- know anyone here on a local basis who could give me a ride out yonder/work this out.

So - is there any other way to get ahold of Chase/get this shit resolved? Do they have an official support email?
