Try uninstalling any extra keyboards you might have. I think that only shows up if you have multiple keyboards that you can switch between.

Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Keyboard button on navigation bar
Uncheck that one.
Any more questions?
I'm kinda "that guy" at my job that knows how to fix (or can find out how to within minutes) most device issues. :)
