Does anyone know who this character is? Originally I thought he was just an oc drawn by this one person on pixiv, NiwaRhythm, but I saw another piece of art of him today so I realized he might be an anime character or something. I'll post the other pictures of him and also the pixiv link if I can find it, but I think it was deleted a while ago
