I know this is a long shot, but would anyone be able to help me answer some questions for Tax Liens for income? I have several questions that aren't ever discussed online and is considered "legal advice" and therefore can't be discussed via the courts. I've tried searching for advice from an attorney/lawyer, but nobody either knows about them in the three states I inquired, or simply do not wish to participate in even a one hour consultation to answer a handful of questions.

If you are familiar with tax liens to generate income, would you be able to answer some questions? I know these may vary from state to state, but I think figuring out one state would greatly help with others.
