theres a manga i read many years ago on a recommendation of fucked up things to read after i finished oyasumi punpun, but i cant remember what it was called.
-it took place in relatively modern times, no fantasy or anything
-it had a gritter art style as in it didnt have a super anime like appearance
-it opened with a girl getting raped and beat up i believe.

the closest to similar thing ive found is called Arigatou but i feel like that one wasnt as fucked up as i remember the one i lost being.
