I'm long overdue for a complete PC upgrade and I'm deciding whether I should get the bear minimum necessary to completely max out Fallout 4 or build something around a 4090. Have there been any video games released in recent years that are similar to Bethesda Fallout? That's the only type of game I really care about/can be assed to give my limited time and attention to as I haven't played anything else in years.
