I am trying to make a video brighter (.VOB files from a DVD) with Avidemux but if I do that the video's framerate is cut in half

virtualdub seems to be only for audio, and I am not sure if avisynth is a standalone program or not

Made by some guy called "IRE", who didn't link his socials, this is apparently based off of Lobotomy Corporation. Wayback Machine blacklisted Picrew, so this is probably a fruitless endeavor, but being able to find the assets or perhaps an archive elsewhere of this popular maker would be nice. Anything would be appreciated, really.
