He noticed that a bunch of icons popped up on the taskbar and vanished quickly after. He hasn't downloaded any programs recently nor visited any sketchy websites as far as I'm aware, so ¿what might be the issue, what can be done to diagnose it and, if it is malicious, how can he get rid of it? I told him to run an offline win defender scan and see what popped up, still waiting for results. thank you
