How can I send an email from a domain I don't own?

Like, say I want to email someone from the email address "[email protected]", but I don't have a google.com email address.
How can I send an email as if it's from that domain?

This is a practice commonly known as "phishing".
There are plenty of guides which tell you how to do that, and probably programs as well. The easiest I've found is using linux mail protocols.

Any receiving email server worth its bytes will immediately spam filter stuff sent like that. It gets really obvious when looking at the message source of the email

You better be thankful there's a 99.99% chance that the email server will block your fake email, because it's saving you from making a complete ass of youself.
