Encrypted Archive/Backup Service

Does anyone know of an online encrypted backup/archive service with reasonable pricing. Must be at-rest encrypted at the minimum, Proton style anti-five eyes fuckery preferred. Need to backup two PCs totalling about 12 TB, and archive old files of mine, so around 16-ish TB total.

The only option is to encrypt it yourself and then upload it wherever it is the cheapest. And by the only option, I mean the only secure option.

It will cost you around $4096 to upload 16 TB, and the same amount monthly just to keep the data in storage. Plus another $4096 every time you download it all. This is only what tarsnap charges; your ISP/data carrier may separately demand more money.

Or you could just buy two 10 TB hard drives for around $500 and call it a day.
