1999 has fillers and the chimera ant arc isn't animated, but I still found it pleasant to watch, artstyle is nice and I found fillers fun to watch as well. 2011 on other hand is animated till dark continent arc and has no fillers. Choose whatever you want it, I watched both (1999 first).
