turn gif to mp4 or webm with sound

Hi anons
I would like to have this gif turned into a mp4 or webm with sound
the sound should be the "rawket lawnchair" sound effect from metal slug
I would do it but I don't know how to time it right
any help is appreciated and thanks in advance

I am really confused on how to match them
they each have two parts: before and after explosion, and all 4 parts have different timings. this is really annoying me, any help is appreciated
