If you really have to buy stuff from
Amacon.co.jp you can always use a proxy buying service. The one I use is Zenmarket, they charge a fee per item and expect having to pay for the shipping within Japan. The shipping fees within Japan may not be a thing for Amazon products. I havent really purchased things from Japanese Amazon using Zenmarket usually I make direct purchases from the site.
