About a month ago while I was playing fallout 4 my game had lagged for a couple of seconds, with major audio stutter.
Ever since then, no matter what headphones I cabled connect to my pc, no matter which usb or aux output I use, there is background noise in my headphones, and it's been driving me insane. I have tried all of the obvious solutions and guides online, even reinstalled windows completely, yet nothing had helped. There is no background noise if I connect my pc to bluetooth headphones / speakers.
Anyone had similar issues ? Any ideas ?
