I'm looking for this game that i used to play a LONG time ago (maybe windows 95, or 98)
The premis was simple, you control one flag and you need to throw a bomb to the other flag. In order to do so you would input two numerical values (or maybe it was only one) to determine how you would throw the bomb (angle and force i think)
The games was usually played by two people and they would take turns throwing the bombs. The maps were also random for every match.
