what's wrong with my 4090? hdmi port doesn't work after posting except with my vr headset. I get these artifacts in some games (mostly in menus) which sometimes responds to the current refresh rate but not always. using a dp to hdmi adapter capped at 60 hz seems to fix the issue but I play at 240hz and don't want to use an adapter.
