typically, short films have poor distribution
it probably made the festival circuit and that's it
you might find it on auteur-cinema-focused streaming platforms such as Criterion-on-Demand and the like
if it wasn't released on physical media or on the major streaming platforms, i wouldn't hold my breath for a torrent

i did some sleuthing and it turns out the film is getting a theatrical release right about now (i'm guessing that's why you've heard about it?)

it seems it has been pretty popular so it very well might come out on streaming and torrents eventually, but probably not right now as it is just now coming out in theatres
