Is there a website that offers anime in 90s/early 00s p2p quality? Basically I want stuff from the 90s/early 00s that was shared through p2p. Stuff like VHS fansubs, Chinese VCD rips with Chinese hardsub and overlayed English subs. Torrent and archive org aren't helping. And, I don't want re-encodes. Only stuff in like .avi, .mpeg, .xvid. When it's .mkv, .mpeg4, or .ogg it's probably to new and not what I'm looking for.
