I knew the song before, but have forgotten the name of the artist and now can't find it again

I don't think it's a popular song, but has been used on several webms so people on 4chan likely have heard it
Synth style song, modern, young girl voice
The lyrics stuck in my head are " бeз тeбя".
I can't remember the other lyrics only the melody
The lyrics are simple and she just repeats a few lines mostly

I also remember that the youtube upload of the song (probably not official) was just a picture of a young man and woman riding in a car and hugging.
