Just for fun I tried 10 online "remove background with AI" services and to my surprise they were all shit on your image OP.
Best of the ones I tried was
https://app.remove.pics/ and it was still not good (pic related).
Worst of all more than half of the sites wanted me to pay for the full resolution and only let me download a thumbnail/preview without making an account.
I just searched "ai remove background" on the duck and went through the top results, I assume there's something better than this around somewhere but considering where AI art is today I expected perfection on a cartoon image with a fully white colored background. Maybe there's a service somewhere that lets you place points where there is background (human assisted ai)?
