Need an E-Mail service that isn't backed up by the US nor the Russians. That can be the safest and the most private. As well that doesn't require or ask for a phone number or a 2 verf email.

Well, I believe this can be done if it's purpose will be between individuals, but is there a possible way to encrypt the emails that I will get from business companies?

Maybe Proton mail? Swiss company, with a heavy focus on privacy and security. Free, no data required to sign up at all, has encryption (except the email subject line) both to other proton emails and externally. Checks all your boxes.

There isn't any. Submit or get your computer hacked by the FSB/CIA. Personally I use protonmail (israeli) only because it isn't google or microsoft and is slightly more likely to stay up if google or microsoft get hacked.

Checked. I use it and that's what I heard. I only use it for the likelihood that google/microsoft could go down and they would still be up. slightly less data mining maybe. There is no modern secure email. If you roll your own it makes you more obvious and the CIA will hack you anyways.

Doing so would require receiving the e-mails before your provider, which goes against the point of using a provider in the first place
