My goal is to get big. Reduce fat, gain muscle. So I started working out after a long break from it, and got a free session with a personal trainer. They helped with my form a lot, but I don't think it's enough to justify having someone train me when I'm broke af.

I showed them my routine to see if I'm on the right direction, but he obviously had a few things to say about it. He said the reps/sets are very cookie cutter and could be improved. He also thinks some exercises aren't worth doing (Underhand press). Also, I stick with machines because I feel like I can see better gains faster without having to worry too much about form. But he suggests I do free weights with a lot of the exercises. Can someone help me modify my routine? I know it isn't perfect, but I don't know whether I'm lacking. I can attach my vitals too

Some things to note:
- I emphasize glutes in leg day cus women like a nice Greek sculpture ass

- I like high volume programs. I am obese, but I genuinely enjoy working out intensely and to failure.

- these are exercises I'm comfortable with and enjoy. If you think replacing something with DB or BB would be better, feel free to suggest a similar exercise

- I know how to diet. The problem is reaching my macros cus of money. I get $90 on EBT, and I go to two different food banks. The struggle is real in CA
