There are all sorts of different items that different people find "uncomfortable" with any particular piece of clothing. You should identify what specific items you find uncomfortable.

Otherwise, the correct answer for sensory experience with tapered-fit male shirts (as shown in OP pic) remains "Lose weight so that the shirt isn't so binding on your fat belly". And that wearing a bra underneath such a shirt will always make long-sleeved tapered fit male shirts a sensory-unfriendly experience.
