Is it possible for someone to pull the media files from a Discord users "deleted" account?

To further explain; Say the account was deleted by a user. But Discord is still hosting the media they shared in the DMs. You know this, because you can still see it from the chat history on your end. Would it be possible to somehow maybe reinstate the profile and get any wins held within or am I just stupid? If possible what info would be needed?
