im trying to remember a (romance?) manga that i read the first few chapters of a few years ago
all i can remember is there's a popular(?) girl (might have blonde hair) who cuts a nerdy guy's hair and the girl's mom gets mad at her for cutting his hair bc she needs a license or smth to do it
im pretty sure it was also relatively new atm (late 2010's)
