Recommend me anime

I've been watching anime for a long time, and while I'm not someone who automatically goes "old good new bad", popular memory sure does filter out the good stuff, for the most part, barring some hidden gems here and there.

So, having caught up on a lot of the good old stuff, and staying current with most of the stuff I care about, I'm starting to find it harder and harder to find anything I like.
I'm kinda picky - shonen all sucks, except YYH (HxH had me cheering when Gon got his arm broken), and Isekai is all trash all the time, though I had a good time with the one where he's a fridge. Powerwank stories ("One Punch Man but he's...") also don't sit well with me. Action scenes need to be mindmelting for me to find them worthwhile.

I've been surprisingly receptive to romance and drama as the years have progressed, and have a fondness for character relationships and interactions and delving into the psychology of the cast. Worldbuilding and plot are nice too, but kinda secondary, if I'm honest.
Themes of identity and social masks appeal a lot to me.
Shitpost anime are super hit-or-miss.
Time travel is a travesty for plots most of the time.
Weirdly enough, sports anime can be nice.
Entertainment industry anime are neat.

Anime I really really like outside of normie classics (bebop, fma etc.)
