I want to edit Trump assassination footage but make it so that the bullet hits his head and it explodes in a bloody mess like a Tarantino movie or something. Then I could post it as shock footage to boomers on twitter.

What would be the best way of doing this? Recreating the scene in blender? Is there a new deepfake tech that could do this well?
