so im thinking of opening a cafe/restaurant. the land is mine so there's no rent to pay. the catch is i cant build on it. so i cant have anything that resembles a house.
the land is 800m2/8600ft2
i am located high up on a hill so it can be very windy in the evening. there's also a wet season for half the year. the temperature itself is very comfortable. high 25c/77f low 10c/50f.
anyone has any cool idea i can steal?
