All I remember was the MC is forced by God or some shit to do stupid shit and if he refuses, he gets punished. I think when he was at a water park, he tried to shoot himself in front of one of heroines and he ended up not dying because God didn't let him and I don't know if it was from this anime I'm describing or another one but he essentially does a complete romantic confession to one of the girls acting all dramatic and the girl he's confessing to starts to do the exact same with all the other students around them wondering what the fuck is wrong with these two.
I think there was other stuff too like the main heroine hating this other chick with drills or twin tails or something.
