My laptop is a HP omen 16-c0506la. I recently updated the RAM from the original DDR4 16 GB 3200 Mhz frequency, to 64 GB, same tech and freq. Now my laptop shutdowns randomly, and when it does so, it can't be just turned on, when i press the power button to do so, it doesn't do anything but light up the power indicator led. The workaround i have is to disconnect the power then press the power button for 20 seconds and finally just press the power button to turn it on normally, that seems to work until the next random shutdown. Help please, Anons.
