Anons w/ knowledge of Learning Disabilities/Mental Health - Diagnose/Figure the Culprit

No.1482348 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
I have a major inability to retain/follow/"decipher" instructions - like when I try to make out of something - I'd force my mind to it. And it basically just mentally + Physically overstimulates me to the point of burning out. I can't make out of stuff like technical instructions/explanations, doing things physically, math - etc. I feel like everything I do in my life is done out of myself projecting some kind of instinctual kind of abstractness and oversimplified pattern recognition. I can't really go beyond the absolute bare basics. It's also impossible to follow along on most anything on an auditory basis (including media or people teaching for example)

Another thing to add is: it kind of feels like I'm always in some foggy autopilot inertia, kind of? Like chronically.

What exactly does all of this sound like/can be attributed to *in specific?* I'll spill the beans and say that I am a clinically diagnosed AutDHD - but I want to get down to the deeper specifics on this symptom/trait in itself. Seems like other spergs/ADHDers who struggle with the aforementioned subjects don't have it nearly as bad as I do. My case is uniquely stunting, and I'm hitting 30 soon. How do I fix it?

Does this stuff sound like something that could be attributed to something beyond/more specific than AutDHD?
