Can any anons advise me if this is mouse shit or not?

Found this on the bottom of my bedsheet. It was shaped like mouse crap, although a bit smaller, and was hard, but I pulled it apart to inspect under a microscope.
I really fucking hope I don't have a mouse problem. I had them a few times, they are a pretty regular occurrence here.

I am unsure because of the synthetic fibers in it, but it's also got 'stuff' holding the fibers together, unlike the lint ball, which is just fibers.
Do I need to sterilize everything, anons?
