Problem when entering certain websites

I think I caught spyware or adware somewhere.
So, for example, Nichegamer gets me a SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER error and it doesn't work. I'm getting blocked across all devices. I even tried to boot up Blue Archive and am constantly a network error. That said, the game worked with a VPN.

Did some pajeet infect my PC? what can I do here?

Also, while we're at it, when entering some sites my URL bar showed some random IP:

though, this has only happened on my phone. My PC doesn't do this.

Sounds like DNS hijacking, at the level of your router or ISP, if it affects both your computer and your phone.
Try using DNS over HTTPS in Firefox, and see if the problem still persists.
That'll bypass your local DNS.

There's been some recent hijinks nationwide here so it's probably an ISP-level shit.
Are there any downsides to using this config instead of the default one?

Alright, now that we know the problem is the DNS, you can move on to applying a wider fix.
That way, it would work with more than just Firefox.

Ideally, you should set the DNS in your router, so that any device in your local network would get the fix.
Usually, it's in the DHCP settings.

Otherwise, you can also do it per device.
It's usually in the network adapter or Wi-Fi settings.
For example, picrel is for Windows.
On a phone, it's in the advanced settings of the Wi-Fi network.

Use 8.8.8.8 for Google DNS, 1.1.1.1 for Cloudflare, or any other DNS server you may prefer.
I like to use both so if the first ever goes down, the other acts as a fallback.
You can check whether the setting worked with https://www.dnsleaktest.com

Nothing major I would say, and it sure is better than your DNS hijacking situation.
Some schizo could probably chime in about how using Google's or Cloudflare's DNS is selling your soul to the devil, though.
