best CPU for this GPU

I have an intel core i5-9600k. A friend sold me a geforce RTX 3070. But I understand that because the GPU is much better than the CPU, it's going to give me bottleneck, but I don't know how true that is. In any case, what processor do you recommend for that GPU?

Try a game and check if GPU or CPU really hits 100%.
I can recommend you RivaTuner for measurement.
There are many YouTube tutorials for how to setup RivaTuner.
If you need further help, you could post your statistics from any game.
