Hey /wsr/,
I’m setting up my office and could use some guidance to achieve the best possible setup that's fully compatible with Linux. Here’s what I’m working with:
OS: EndeavourOS
Cloud: NextCloud with OnlyOffice
PC: Lenovo Thinkpad Z13 Gen1
The main issue I’m facing is with audio for e-meetings and conference calls. My work requires a high level of professionalism, so high-quality video and audio are essential.
I’m specifically looking for a wireless audio setup. I’m interested in something like the Rode Wireless Go 2 or a similar lavalier mic, but unfortunately, the Rode system doesn’t play well with Linux.
What I Need Help With:
- Recommendations for Linux-compatible wireless lavalier mics or systems that work well for conference calls.
- If an audio interface is necessary, what are some good options that would integrate smoothly with my setup?
- Any other suggestions to improve my setup for video/audio conferencing on Linux?
Thanks a lot for your help!
