I don't know if it was specific to /v/, but I remember a comic that got posted often enough where a company is presenting a bunch of countries with their new female robot with big boobs and all of them were very impressed, except for Japan. And then the company is like "Don't worry, we made a Japan-specific model just for you" and he pulls out a loli version of the robot, which Japan still refuses until he draws tears streaming down her eyes.
It might've been done by the same guy as pic related, but I can't remember the exact art style of the comic.
