Workflow A:
Start by masking each letter using the mask tool in the inpaint tab. Try this a couple of times and add [letters, words, signs, text] to the NG prompt section. If this works, great job! If not, move on to Workflow B.
Workflow B:
Use Photoshop (Elements) to apply the AI "magic hand" tool and erase each letter. This should only take a click and about a second per letter.
Move to another tool to address the gap you’ve created. Roughly paint over the blank space with colors sampled from the surrounding areas. Exact matching isn’t necessary. Save the rough result.
You have two options from here:
C) Finish manually by carefully filling in the gaps as best as you can.
D) Alternatively, use AI to inpaint each letter and see how it turns out.
Summary:
Try inpainting and removing the letters first. If that doesn’t work, attempt partial inpainting. If that still doesn’t achieve the desired result, handle it manually—it’s not that difficult.
