the image you're describing is similar to this emoji symbol i found in kakaotalk which appears to be a korean chat app, pic attached is the dark theme version of it, apparently upon searching for it there appears to be a lot of other korean messengers that use this icon, but i don't want you to get your hopes up, since it does have some slight differences in the nose, and i wasn't able to find a green version of it, sorry for making you read this plethora of words but i just wanted to state my case, anyway at least i hope my bump can help you.
