what are the rules? are psychiatrists able to operate across state lines in america? ive had several psychiatrists and they're all super different, some are very chill and allow me to refill my scripts multiple times without seeing me, some demand blood tests and many visits, etc. does anyone know how i can find a chill psychiatrist that will just give me pills for my mental illness? is it luck or are there secret dens of chill ass guys with psychiatry degrees? i have panic disorder but i think it's impossible to get prescribed benzos even when i genuinely think i need them
