Honestly it sounds a bit contradictory. As
>>1484815 said, it sounds like you outright don't want Windows, but most games only run on Windows or MacOS.
You will have to make a compromise, you can only pick two:
- price / performance ratio
- high game compatibility
- no bloatware (or windows in general)
If you sacrifice the price / performance ratio, get a MacBook. As much as I dislike Apple for a variety of reasons, the prices for the new Macs are not too bad, they offer good performance and have generally great game compatibility, without any bloat since MacOS is very smooth, stable and without bullshit.
If you sacrifice either two of the latter, the machine stays the same but the OS changes. Get a laptop with at least an AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 (prefer AMD) minimum 8GB of RAM but prefer 16, go as high as your budget allows on the GPU (but check that it has a dedicated GPU, this is mandatory for any hope at gaming), brand doesn't matter much desu. Avoid the big "gaming" brands like Asus ROG, HP Omen etc (Asus and HP are fine on their own, just not their gaming divisions) since they tend to be overpriced. Imo avoid Dell, but up to you and the reviews.
After that, if you sacrifice high game compatibility, install Linux. If you're not too familiar with it my recommendation is Pop! OS or Mint. Zero bloat, 100% customizable, great performance, but many games will outright not run on Linux at all, and pretty much all major games need a lot of fiddling with to get working.
If you sacrifice not wanting to deal with bloatware.. get Windows, uninstall as much as you can (which is pretty much all of the bloat btw, it just takes a bit of time and research) and have fun. I'd recommend this option most, since it's the easiest long term imo.
