what's the best place to find movie torrents or the best website for streaming?

i've been using soap2day and its variants but the two servers that work freeze up every few minutes and dont recover

(streaming preferred because i dont want to download 20GB each time just to watch a movie once and maybe not even continue after a few minutes)
