>>1485356This is the kinda art that really doesn't take a great level of skill to make. I remember in art class we would do this type of art as a very introductory learning exercise for ink drawings. It falls under line art. You might find similar things under abstract line art.
If you want to make something similar get some Indian ink and a few different sized brushes. You are going to need thick paper made for ink drawings.
