I was watching YouTube a couple days ago and my monitor suddenly disconnected from my PC and the audio cut out. I restarted my PC and got a white light light on the motherboard. The manual says that a white light means an issue with the GPU, so I immediately assumed that was the issue since I bought my GPU 2nd hand

So I bought a new GPU, but after installing it today, still no luck and I still have a white light on the motherboard. I feel a little silly

Any pointers on what to try next? I read it could be the drivers or the motherboard itself, but I'm not sure how I'd update the drivers if I can't open Windows. Also wouldn't it be strange for the drivers to cause the PC to fail while I was actively using it?
