My toilet just made a slight "hitting"/"presure-ous" sound (can't think of an articulation/Onomatopoeia for it) last time I flushed it. Is this a sign of concern? Or not a big deal?

(I'd rather hold off contacting the maintenance guy in my apartment for it; the complex management/staff is giving off what I'm reading as some possible vague passive aggressive cues towards everyone here for contacting them too much - and I don't want to risk further being a burden over shit.)
