I can't log on to my laptop - HP 15 running Windows 10.
For some reason a bunch of keys are not working. I've removed the keys, cleaned underneath with q-tip but they still don't work. I've done a shutdown, disconnected everything, removed the battery, put it all back together again and it's still messed up.
Can I delete/reinstall drivers in safe mode?
How do I get to safe mode?
Walk me through it like a moron because I have no tech savvy at all
